◆Trip to Seattle 4

Trip to Seattle 4 (postscript)

Hi, there !1 We are already back2 in Sendai. However, since I still have something to write about3, this series will continue.

As I mentioned before, our house is not exactly in Seattle but on an island. According to Grandpa, it is the longest island in the U.S. Actually, a highway runs throught4 it and it takes 1.5 hours easily from the north tip5 to the south tip.

We see a lot of trees, farms, ponds, vast6 fields, any kind of natural feature that you can think of. Quite7 a nice and peaceful place!

Probably because of such a nature-loving environment, you sometimes bump into8 charming road names. One afternoon, I asked Will to take me for a ride9 to look for some of them.

Do you want to come? Follow me !

something to write with = 「書くもの」=ペン
something to write on = 「書くもの」=紙
something to write about = 「書くもの」=話題
