Thanks to our friend, we discovered something fun for our taste buds1. Since he was going back to his country, he gave us quite a bunch of 2food that he couldn’t finish eating. Among all of this treasure3, we found this!

Have you ever tried this cinnamon roll? It is really good! Actually, it was much much better than I expected4. Since cinnamon rolls became popular in Japan a long time ago, I have tried many different kinds. Sometimes they are hard, or often the icing5 is not quite right. I didn’t enjoy them. When I wanted to eat cinnamon rolls, I always baked them by myself with a recipe from CinnaBon, which sells great cinnamon rolls in the U.S. However, this one is exceptional6 — very moist7 and the icing is great, too! Soon after we enjoyed this cinnamon roll from our friend’s freezer, I went to the store and added some to ours.
What is great about this is that it’s frozen. So you can wait until you really feel like it!
Me and Will always share one, so we have to wait for a day when we both crave8 this cinnamon roll. You know, if we didn’t eat much junk9 on that day, or we didn’t have too many sweet things. We have to choose the perfect day. And around the time before dinner, one of us says "Shall we eat the cinnamon roll tonight?" If the answer is yes, we try not to eat so many sugary things until we finish our last classes. Then, it’s time for treats10!
When you put it in the microwave, it comes out like this! Oh, the melting icing in the photo makes my mouth water11!

I bought these at a store I sometimes visit, but I had never looked into their freezer before. In their freezer, there’s also a pack of croissants that one of my students told me about. Their freezer is a treasure box, huh?
p.s. Speaking of a freezer being a treasure box, our freezer was like this this summer. If you read the blog 2 times ago, you’ll know what they are. The ones in the 2nd photo are "adult strawberry" which came in a box. I didn’t know that company made such a big "adult" series like with kiwi, gold kiwi, Kyoho grape, mangarin orange, and many more. I don’t like summer so much, but now I have one reason to look forward to next summer.
