  Sorry it took time to upload my blog! November was quite an eventful month for me. Whew!

  It started with my French exam. That was DELF, one of the European standard language exams called CEFR. Having a language learning period by taking a test is my important annual event. (I mentioned it in my old blog in May, 2022)  For 2 months before the test, I spent all my spare time¹, which is getting less recently, preparing for it so I was happy it was over. AND the exam was 2 consecutive² days. It sucked³ my energy.

  After the exam, I could finally enjoy my life with a free soul for a little while….

  Then,

  Will and I went to the concert of the Sendai Saxophone Ensemble Club, which my saxophone teacher belongs to and also arranges the music for. It was really cool!

  And…

  We went to a performance in a new cafe called Eutopia (They spell it in the French way, L’UTOPIE). My favorite woman saxophone player, Sachiyo Nayuki performed with a super cool guitarist and a super cool drummer. Wow! It really was an amazing night!
      

  Not only that, but…

  I had my annual lunch reunion with my close friends from university. We caught up with⁴ what each of us had been doing for a year since we met the last time. At the end, we gave each other little presents as usual. (^-^)

  And that’s not all!

  I went to a performance by Jet Horns at the live house called Stardust. 5 friends from our big band went together and really enjoyed their music. Our friend looked so cool blowing the saxophone!

  So far there were 3 Sundays and 1 holiday, so basically I used up all my days off. Finally it’s Sunday, but I’ll have one class and go to band practice. Pretty soon it will be December. We also call the month "Shiwasu", which means teachers are so busy and running around, but I feel like I run around every month.

  I know everybody is busy especially in December. Let’s slow down whenever possible⁵! Let’s take a deep breath⁶!
